Simandou project citizen reports - 2nd quarter 2024

We are sharing here the work published by Action Mines Guinée, as part of the citizen monitoring of the impacts of the Simandou project.

During the week of March 25-30, 2024, the Citizen Monitoring Committees released their second quarterly reports, covering the areas of Mamou, Kindia, Forécariah, and Kérouané.

These reports provide updates on:

1. Documented impacts on communities,

2. Progress on compensation,

3. Ongoing negotiations with companies and stakeholders.
